Understand the concern. We already received a bid from a lab that can do the entire package for $7500. So we are not asking for anything unreasonable. I am not sure why annual inspections are being considered part of the bid. Maybe without annual fees and inspections you can beat the Max price?

I agree with the comment below regarding the Max bid of 7250.00. I respectfully request you expand the Max bid to allow NRTLs to properly take care of your request.

I don't know how anybody could quote NRTL with a single line bid because of the annual inspection requirements and additional annual fees. And you will never get this project for the max bid noted.
