Auction Description

To provide NYCHA with, on an as-needed or requirements basis, the special inspection services mandated by the Department of Buildings (DOB) under the New York City Building Code (the Building Code) for the inspection of NYCHA construction projects, as well as certain testing and expediting services (the Services), as more fully described in Section II of this RFP. Minority, Women, and Small Business Enterprises (M/W/SBE) are strongly encouraged to submit responses to this RFP.

NYCHA intends to select approximately ten special inspection firms that it determines to be the most qualified Proposers (the Selected Proposers or the Consultants) and will enter into an agreement with each selected firm for the Services (each an Agreement and collectively, the Agreements).
