Products include SM thru-hole up to 5kW, chassis mount switch mode products up to 25 kW, steel laminated products in 3 phase & single phase up to 300 lbs., toroidal transformers up to 15kVA & patent pending THISS Technology™ high current filter inductors that reduce the size & weight of high current filter inductors. Testing capabilities include serializing part numbers with bar codes & storing exact test data of a specific part for future reference. Capabilities include 1600 A & 480 V service, impedance analyzing, digital multi-meter testing, 400 Hz power generating, insulation resistance testing, load test simulating & medium & high volume quantity production. High power switching transformer & inductor applications include RF surgery, MRI amplifiers, medical lasers, & other medical products where high power is needed in lightweight & small packages. Industries served include medical equipment, military, telecommunications, standby power, & renewable energy. Capabilities for UL recognized components, CSA/CE/VDE specifications & conformance to MIL specs.
