About Our Lab

Manufacturer of electronic printed circuit assemblies including multichip modules, thick film hybrid circuits, surface mount technology assemblies, chip-on-board & through hole printed circuit assemblies. Production capabilities are available from prototype quantities through large volume. Capabilities include environmental & burn-in testing with functional testing at multiple points during manufacturing processes. Engineering services include electrical power & environmental testing, CAD/CAM design, analysis of schematic bill of material, package requirements & environmental/test specifications. In-process testing & inspection procedures of multichip modules are in accordance with MIL-STD-883. Circuits are assembled & inspected to IPC-A-610 Rev B. Testing is based on the MIL-STD-883D standards. Equipment calibration schedules & records are NIST traceable. Markets served include industrial, medical & military.
