Services include vibration analysis, thermal imaging, dynamic balancing, laser alignment, ultrasonic inspection & mechanical services. Vibration analysis includes permanent & online monitoring, modal analysis & ODS. Precision laser alignment with accuracy measuring to 2 microns with a displayed resolution of .1 mils or .0001 inches. Thermal imaging includes motor inspections, electrical problems & processing. Dynamic balancing available from power plant turbines to exhaust fans. Performs predictive maintenance programs at power plants, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing plants, hospitals, waste water treatment plants, universities, government facilities & industrial firms.
