About Our Lab

The Preventative Maintenance and Calibration (PM&C) department offers on-site maintenance and calibration on physical testing instruments, some of which are listed below. Service is available, but not limited to, instruments sold by Testing Machines Inc., Messmer Instruments, Buchel, Adamel Lhomargy, FIBRO System AB and TMI Canada. All certification is in accordance with the appropriate ASTM, TAPPI or other applicable standard. All instruments are calibrated using test equipment whose accuracy is traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) or accepted industry standards.
